Chief Joseph Village Apartments is 101 market-rate, energy-efficient, single-student apartments in a mix of two and three bedroom units that encourages student interaction and competes well with off-campus housing options. The project is a complete renovation of four 40-year-old apartments and a new twelve-unit building, making mechanical, electrical and structural improvements, adding new laundry and social grouping facilities, and greatly improving accessibility, all in keeping with the Campus Master Plan.
